Refund Policy
Cancellation Terms Any party wishing to cancel must notify the other party in writing via email, WeChat, or other means.
4.3.1 Cancellation due to reasons attributable to Party A:
1) If Party A notifies Party B of the cancellation 30 days prior to departure (January 24, 2026) (inclusive), Party A
shall pay Party C 20% of the total price.
2) If Party A notifies Party B of the cancellation between 15 days (February 7, 2026) (inclusive) and 30 days prior to
departure, Party A shall pay Party C 30% of the total price.
3) If Party A notifies Party B of the cancellation between 10 days (February 12, 2026) (inclusive) and 15 days prior to
departure, Party A shall pay Party C 40% of the total price.
4) If Party A notifies Party B of the cancellation between 4 days (February 18, 2026) (inclusive) and 10 days prior to
departure, Party A shall pay Party C 60% of the total price.
5) If Party A cancels the activity 3 days prior to departure (February 7, 2026) (inclusive), Party A shall pay Party C
20% of the total price. 4.3.1 Cancellation due to Party B's reasons: Party B shall refund all payments made to Party A
and compensate Party A for any losses incurred as a result within 5 working days of sending written notice.
4.3.2 Cancellation due to other reasons: In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, geopolitical events,
war, weather conditions, or epidemic control measures preventing timely travel, the three parties shall negotiate a
rescheduling or cancellation. If the cancellation is confirmed, Party B shall refund all payments made to Party A, and
the three parties shall jointly bear and pay for any expenses already incurred or any losses incurred by the three
parties, and file a claim with the relevant insurance company.
V. Liability for Breach of Contract All parties to this contract shall exercise their rights and perform their
obligations properly to ensure the smooth performance of this contract. Any party that violates any provision of this
contract shall be liable for breach of contract; if any loss is caused to the other party, the breaching party shall
compensate the other party for any economic losses suffered. 5.1 Liability of Party A for Breach of Contract
5.1.1 Breach of Contract for Overdue Payment: If Party A fails to pay the amount (including deposit, interim payment,
and final payment) within the time stipulated in Chapter 4 of this Contract, Party A shall pay a penalty of 0.05% of the
overdue amount for each day of delay; if the delay exceeds 15 days, both Party B and Party C shall have the right to
suspend the provision of services; if the delay exceeds 30 days, both Party B and Party C shall have the right to
terminate the Contract and demand Party A to pay a penalty of 20% of the total tour fee;
5.1.2 Breach of Contract for Unilateral Cancellation: If Party A unilaterally cancels the trip without justifiable
reason, Party A shall bear the liability as stipulated in the Contract,
but Party B shall provide "proof of expenses incurred" (such as hotel deposits and ticket prepayments paid by Party B),
otherwise Party A shall have the right to refuse to pay a penalty exceeding the actual loss)
5.2 Liability of Party B for Breach of Contract
Breach of Contract for Unilateral Cancellation or Itinerary Change
1. If Party B unilaterally cancels the trip without justifiable reason, Party B shall pay a penalty and compensate for
losses according to the following standards:
(1) 29 days - 15 days before the trip Cancellation on the same day: A full refund of all payments made by Party A plus a
penalty of 30% of the total tour fee.
(2) Cancellation 14-7 days prior to the trip: A full refund of all payments made by Party A plus a penalty of 40% of the
total price.
(3) Cancellation 6-1 days prior to the trip: A full refund of all payments made by Party A plus a penalty of 70% of the
total price.
(4) Cancellation on the day of the trip: A full refund of all payments made by Party A plus a penalty of 100% of the
total price.
